What form(s) of payment do you accept?

Interwoven Creations by Crystal accepts PayPal. PayPal is a secure online payment system that protects you, as the client, and Interwoven Creations by Crystal, the company. All payments must be made in United States currency.

imageHow can I purchase a hand-crafted item? 

We will email you an invoice for your deposit via PayPal in the amount of 50% of your custom order. The total amount quoted for your custom order will include the costs of shipping and handling. The instructions for making your payment will be contained in the invoice. When we receive your deposit, we will begin creating your custom hand-crafted article(s). Upon completion of your custom hand-crafted creation(s), we will email you another invoice via PayPal for the balance of your custom order. All payments must be made in United States currency.

img_1306I do not live or work in New Jersey.  How can I provide my current body measurements to you?  If we do not have your current body measurements on file, please complete the appropriate form (female or male) and email the completed form to the Client Support Services Department at help@interwovencreationsbycrystal.com.

imageHow can I order a French Memory Board? Complete the form on the Request A Quote page.  After we have discussed the specifications of your custom French Memory Board, we will email you an invoice for your deposit via PayPal in the amount of 50% of your total. The total amount quoted in the PayPal invoice for your custom French Memory Board will include the costs of shipping and handling.  All payments must be made in United States currency.  French Memory Boards are shipped via FedEx Ground.

The instructions for making your payment will be contained in the invoice. When we receive your deposit, we will begin creating your custom French Memory Board. Upon completion of your custom French Memory Board, we will email you another invoice via PayPal for the balance.  We will ship your custom French Memory Board to you within 48 hours of receipt of the balance. All payments must be made in United States currency.

After shipping, we will email you the invoice number(s) for your package(s) so that you may track your package(s) on the FedEx website.

imageHow soon after I place my order do I need to pay? Payment must be received within 48 hours of the order. If the payment or other arrangements have not been made within that time, the order will be cancelled due to lack of payment. All payments must be made in United States currency.

imageAfter my payment, when will my item(s) be shipped to me? Your purchase will be shipped to you within 48 hours after receipt of your final payment.

imageHow will my hand-crafted purchase be shipped? Shipping of the hand-crafted items (for shipping of French Memory Boards, see above) will occur by United States Postal Service First Class Mail Parcel with Tracking. The shipping amount includes the postage and the costs associated with the packaging. After shipping, we will email you the Tracking Number(s) for your package(s) so that you may track your package(s) on the U.S. Postal Service’s website.

imageWhat kind of packaging do you use? Prior to shipping, all hand-crafted and crochet items will be tied with a ribbon, wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a water-proof package.

imageWhat if I change my mind about what I purchased? It is important to us that you love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please notify the Client Support Services Department at help@interwovencreationsbycrystal.com within 48 hours of receipt so that we may discuss your options. Unless there is a defect in the item, custom  hand-crafted items and French Memory Boards cannot be refunded or exchanged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
